Bids cannot be retracted once placed. By bidding, you are acknowledging agreement with all of the terms and conditions included herein and elsewhere. A successful bid at auction constitutes a legally binding contract of sale. All sales are final.
PLEASE DO NOT BID ON ITEMS IF YOU CAN'T PICK THEM UP ON THE SCHEDULED DAY AND TIME.
These are TIMED AUCTIONS. Auction lots begins to close at the advertised end day and time, starting with the first lot and moving consecutively through the remaining lots. If there are multiple bidders as a lot is ending, time may be added to the lot before closing.
We only accept payment by credit or debit card at end of the auction. Titled items must be paid in cash, cashier's check, or wire transfer.
Tax exempt buyers must present a valid Resale Tax Certificate, to be kept on file, prior to bidding on items. The name of the winning bidder must match the name on the certificate.
Every Lot has a 20% buyer’s premium.
Invoices are sent immediately following the end of the auction. If your item(s) is not paid for after 4 days, your card on file will be automatically charged.
Please bring wrapping material or boxes to wrap delicate items. Aether does not provide item packaging unless shipped.
Buyer is responsible, at their cost, for removing any purchases from the premises during the scheduled pickup time.
Any items not picked on the scheduled pickup day and time will be forfeited.
Pickup day and times are fixed and cannot be modified. We cannot accommodate early pick-up.
The pickup address will be included on your invoice. Invoices are sent after all lots have ended. Most winning bidders that are local will pick up their purchases on-site, but shipping is available for an additional fee if you are not local.
Depending on the state the auction is being held in or the type of sale, there may be tax collected.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
No refunds, exchanges or credit will be issued.
All items are “AS IS”, “WHERE IS.” No warranty is expressed or implied verbally or written on any and all items within the auction.
LOT PICKUP & SHIPPING
If you need your item(s) shipped, you may forward your invoice email to
email@example.com We will confirm your email, and contact you with shipping costs once the items have been prepared. Some auctions do not offer shipping. Large items are not available for shipping. For further details on shipping, visit our SHIPPING PAGE.
