SHIPPING POLICY

If you need your item(s) shipped, you may notify us in the invoice email (info@aetherauctions.com). We will confirm your email, and reach out with shipping costs by emailing you a square invoice, usually within a week of the auction end date.

 

Aether offers in-house shipping. At the request of the buyer, Aether will authorize the shipment of purchased items, which usually ship within two weeks after payment has been received. Shipment is generally made via USPS or UPS. Unless buyer gives special instructions, the shipping method shall be at the sole discretion of Aether. Packaging and handling also incur charges.


Aether is in no way responsible for the acts or omissions of independent handlers, packers or shippers of purchased items or for any loss, damage or delay from the packing or shipping of any property.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Buyers are required to pay for all packing, shipping and insurance charges. Overseas duty charges are the responsibility of the successful bidder. For large or extremely fragile items, you must provide your own shipper.

 

Be aware that for larger and/or valuable items, shipping charges can be substantial.

AUCTION HOUSE PICKUP

Items can be picked up without incurring a shipping fee at our Auction House located at 127 Main St, Beech Grove, IN 46107. Late fees will be incurred if you do not pick up by the end of the advertised pick up deadline.

EARLY/LATE PICKUP

Pickup day and times will be fixed and cannot be modified. At Aether's discretion, storage fees may apply for late-pickup items.

THIRD-PARTY PICKUP

Planning to have someone else pickup? If you plan to have someone else pick up your merchandise, send us an email at info@aetherauctions.com and we will allow the individual you designate to pick up your item(s).

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

No refunds, exchanges or credit will be issued.

All items are “AS IS”, “WHERE IS.” No warranty is expressed or implied verbally or written on any and all items within the auction.

REMOVAL & STORAGE OF PROPERTY

If purchased property has not been removed by the end of the advertised pickup date, or Aether has not received shipping instructions by the end of the advertised pickup date, buyer agrees to forfeit the purchased item(s).
